Michael Holder Is upset because he is ripping you off for this package! He sells this for $137, $97, $67, or $57 depending on which of his many pages you purchase from. He also offers an installment payment plan of $37 for 4 months. Just compare this to my price and decide who is really ripping you off. He is furious because I am not ripping you off! I am selling this collection for an incredible low price. I purchased the package form him in 2008 for $39.95 and upgraded for $19.95. I upgraded the package in 2009 for $47 and 2010 for $47. On Nov 13, 2011 I upgraded to the 2012 Package. Michael Holder is angry that I am selling this collection for such a low price. He is saying I am a thief because I am not ripping you off with high prices. Well, I am not a thief. I purchased these items from him using PayPal and I can sell them for any price I want. He has also refused to allow me access to the 2012 package that I paid for and will not give me a refund on the $57 I paid for the 2012 package. I have opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund, but I really don't expect to see one. GOOD News for you though! I need to make my money back quickly so I can purchase products from another source. I am running a Penny Fire Sell on my Collections. The price will start at $1.00 and increase by a penny with each sale. This is the same package Michael Holder sells current to Dec 31, 2011. Michael holder sells his products under the title of Webmaster's Graphics and Web Design Package, Webmaster's Private Label Rights Package, Webmaster's Extreme Niche Combo Package, and Super Combo Package. What
is Michael Holder's problem?
Well it appears two fold. First he thinks I was using his graphics on my web site. I was not using his graphics. I was a 2nd Income Solutions affiliate on PayDotCom.com. I had the 2nd Income Solutions Packages Affiliate Banner Ads rotating along with other ads on my site. Michael Holder saw these affiliate banners and assumed that I was using his graphics. I was not using his graphics to sell my products. I was using the banner graphics to sell his products as an affiliate. I have always used my own graphics to identify my products. My image can be seen on my main site and all of my pages. The second issue is I was using the same package names as Michael Holder was using. I did not realize that would be a problem since that is the name of the packages I bought. No where in his terms or on his sales page was there any notice to rename the packages something else. He sent me several extremely rude and abusive emails, which I responded to in an attempt to resolve the issue. I even called him directly on the telephone. We spoke at length and I thought the issue was resolved. He demanded that I rename my packages and not use his affiliate links. I did that. I completely took my site down for several weeks and reworked everything. I even sent him an email link to the reworked site as we agreed in our conversation. As you can see from the E-Zee Biz Marketing site I changed all of the package names so there would not be any confusion between Michael Holder's product and mine. Now apparently what has set him off again is that he thinks I am selling my products too low and am undercutting him. I admit, I am selling my products way below what his price is. I believe I have purchased these products and have a right to set the price where ever I decide. Even Michael Holder agrees to this in his newsletter http://www.thebusinessjunction.com/Newsletter.htm. The following is from his own newsletter. "(2) PRICING RESTRICTIONS: They don't mean didly squat! It's considered "price fixing" in the US and Canada and quite a few other countries. A marketer can suggest a minimum selling price but cannot demand that an item be sold at a specific price. If they attempt to enforce a minimum price they are the ones committing a felony offense. What does control how a price is set is YOU and the determination should be based upon what your time is worth and what is the "real value" of the product." Thank you for reading this.
